1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Radio Srood Inc. (“Radio Srood,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Additional rules may apply to particular services, campaigns, features, or third-party platforms. If a mandatory law or marketplace term overrides part of these Terms, that mandatory requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.
2. Services and Platforms
“Services” include Radio Srood websites, music and live-radio streaming, audiovisual or TV features, artist pages, search, lyrics, playlists, discovery and personalized mixes, applications, widgets, browser extensions, and related software or support.
These Services may be available through iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, CarPlay, compatible Mac or Vision devices, Android and Android Auto, Wear OS, Android TV or Google TV, Amazon devices, supported smart TVs, Windows, web browsers, Chrome and Edge extensions, and other authorized stores and platforms. Listing a platform does not guarantee that all features are supported or available on that platform.
3. Eligibility and Responsible Use
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms, or use the Services with permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required. You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and the age requirements of the app store or device platform through which you access the Services.
For safety, do not interact with the Services in a manner that distracts you while driving or operating machinery. Use vehicle-integrated audio features only as permitted by applicable law.
4. Limited License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, Radio Srood grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use available Services for lawful, private, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The Services and their contents are licensed, not sold, unless expressly stated otherwise.
This license does not transfer ownership of any music, audio, video, lyrics, artwork, software, stream URL, branding, or other intellectual property. Rights not expressly granted remain reserved to Radio Srood and its respective licensors and rights holders.
5. Music, Media, Lyrics, and Content Rights
Music recordings, compositions, lyrics, videos, artwork, artist names, metadata, and other materials may be owned by independent artists, labels, publishers, licensors, or other rights holders. Your access to these materials is limited to the playback and other uses expressly permitted by the applicable Service and law.
You must not copy, redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, sell, commercially exploit, extract, or republish protected materials without all necessary permissions. The availability of a track in Radio Srood does not itself grant permission to use it in your own video, public event, business, broadcast, or other commercial project.
If you believe material infringes your rights, contact Radio Srood with sufficient details to identify the material and explain your concern. We may investigate and take appropriate action.
6. Prohibited and Unauthorized Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
- Copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish, mirror, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the catalog, audio files, metadata, artwork, lyrics, or stream endpoints except as expressly permitted.
- Extract, share, sell, or provide direct streaming or download URLs to unauthorized services.
- Circumvent subscription checks, advertising controls, download protections, technical restrictions, access controls, or security safeguards.
- Reverse engineer, modify, interfere with, or exploit the Services except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
- Use automated bots or requests that impair availability, overload systems, or evade applicable rate limits.
- Impersonate another person, interfere with other users, introduce malware, or seek unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Remove or alter legal notices or misleadingly imply sponsorship, approval, or affiliation with Radio Srood.
7. Preferences, Accounts, and Device Data
Some features may work without a dedicated Radio Srood account; others may depend on a store account, local settings, device permissions, or service-specific access. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials under your control and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use where appropriate.
Playlists, likes, download records, and listening preferences may be stored on-device or handled by service providers depending on the feature. We cannot guarantee that local information will survive device loss, app deletion, operating-system changes, or storage failures.
8. Radio Srood Plus, Purchases, and Subscriptions
Radio Srood may provide paid subscriptions, including monthly and yearly Srood Plus plans, with benefits such as eligible ad-free streaming and supported offline downloads. Available benefits, prices, taxes, trial offers, and plan durations are displayed at the point of purchase and may vary by region and platform.
When you purchase through Apple, Google Play, or another marketplace, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are also governed by that marketplace's applicable terms. Unless otherwise disclosed at checkout, recurring subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel a marketplace subscription through that marketplace's subscription settings.
Canceling generally prevents future renewals; it does not necessarily terminate access immediately or trigger a refund for a previously paid period. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and the relevant billing provider's policies. Free trials and promotional offers, when provided, are subject to their disclosed terms.
Subscription benefits may require periodic verification of an active entitlement. If a subscription expires, is revoked, cannot be verified, or is otherwise no longer eligible, access to Plus-only features may end, subject to applicable grace periods and legal requirements. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription.
Radio Srood does not require your full credit-card number to verify app-store subscription entitlements.
9. Offline Downloads and Storage
Where supported, eligible subscribers may temporarily store selected music locally for private listening through Radio Srood. These downloads are not a transfer of ownership and are not licensed for extraction, redistribution, or use outside the permitted application experience.
Offline access may depend on device storage, service availability, supported content, and subscription verification. Files may become inaccessible if the subscription ends, rights change, content is removed, a device or app is reset, or local files are deleted. You are responsible for maintaining adequate device storage and network access when verification or download completion requires it.
10. Advertising and Promotions
Free or advertising-supported Services may contain advertisements, sponsored messages, and promotions, including display and audio advertising. The format, frequency, placement, and availability of advertising may change.
Advertising providers may process information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and consent settings. Details are described in our Privacy Policy. Advertised products and services may be supplied by independent third parties; their offers are subject to their own terms.
11. Availability, Updates, and Service Changes
Radio Srood may update, improve, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue features, catalog items, streaming formats, stations, and supported platforms for operational, licensing, legal, security, or technical reasons. Catalog availability can differ by country, rights holder, device, or time.
We endeavor to provide a reliable experience but do not guarantee that content will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or compatible with every device. Some services require an internet connection; data and carrier charges may apply.
Where changes materially affect paid Services, any required notice, refund, or other consumer protection will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
12. Third-Party Websites, Stores, and Services
The Services may link to third-party websites, advertising destinations, content providers, payment systems, app marketplaces, and other resources. Such services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control third-party websites or guarantee their content, availability, or security. To the extent permitted by law, Radio Srood is not responsible for losses resulting from your independent dealings with third-party providers. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy and Personal Information
Our collection and handling of personal information is described in the Radio Srood Privacy Policy. The policy explains relevant data practices, device information, advertising and analytics services where enabled, support communications, retention, and user choices. Please review it before using the Services.
14. Intellectual Property, Trademarks, and Brand
Radio Srood Inc. and its licensors retain their respective rights in the Services and related logos, designs, trademarks, service marks, software, names, website addresses, branding, and proprietary features.
Unless Radio Srood has expressly authorized you in writing, you may not use Radio Srood's trade names, trademarks, logos, domain names, stream links, or other distinctive brand elements in a way that suggests affiliation, approval, or authorization. You must not remove, conceal, or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices included in the Services.
15. Feedback, Support Requests, and Reports
We welcome suggestions and problem reports. By submitting feedback, you grant Radio Srood permission to use your ideas and suggestions to improve the Services without compensation or obligation to implement them, to the extent permitted by law. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information or any content you do not have the right to license.
Do not submit confidential business information or third-party copyrighted material unless you are authorized to do so. Support communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimers and Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. Radio Srood does not guarantee uninterrupted streaming, error-free operation, universal device compatibility, or permanent access to any specific track, station, feature, or download.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory warranty, consumer guarantee, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Radio Srood Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or losses of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from use of the Services, where such exclusion is legally permitted.
Any monetary limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law and will not exclude liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable rights relating to fraud, willful misconduct, negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.
18. Responsibility for Misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms. We will not require indemnification for losses caused by Radio Srood's own unlawful conduct or where such an obligation is prohibited by law.
19. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. Radio Srood may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security threats, legal requirements, suspected fraud, serious misuse, or violations of these Terms.
Where reasonably practicable and required by law, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve a problem. Termination does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription; you must use the relevant marketplace's cancellation process. Provisions intended to survive termination, including intellectual property protections and applicable limitations of liability, continue as permitted by law.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, the laws of the Canadian province or territory most closely connected to Radio Srood's relevant operations and your transaction, without displacing non-waivable rights under your local laws.
If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting an applicable consumer-protection or privacy regulator, or exercising your right to seek relief in a court or tribunal with jurisdiction under applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, operating practices, legal requirements, or security needs. We will post the updated Terms on our website and revise the Last Updated date. Where required by law, we will give advance notice or request agreement before material changes take effect.
If you continue to use the Services after new Terms validly take effect, the updated Terms may apply to future use, subject to your mandatory legal rights.
22. Additional Terms for Apple Applications
The following provisions apply to Radio Srood applications obtained through Apple's App Store, including compatible iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, tvOS, macOS, and visionOS experiences, where applicable:
- Parties. These Terms are between you and Radio Srood Inc., not Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Radio Srood, not Apple, is responsible for the application and its content, subject to applicable law.
- Scope of license. The application is licensed on a limited, non-transferable basis for use on Apple-branded products you own or control and as permitted by Apple's applicable Usage Rules, including applicable Family Sharing or volume-purchasing arrangements.
- Maintenance and support. Radio Srood, not Apple, is responsible for providing any maintenance and support required under these Terms or applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the application.
- Warranty. Radio Srood is responsible for applicable express or legally required warranties, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the application, if any, subject to Apple's terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the application.
- Product claims. Radio Srood, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application or your possession or use of it, including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims, to the extent required by law.
- Intellectual property claims. If a third party claims the application, or your possession and use of it, infringes intellectual property rights, Radio Srood, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging the claim to the extent required by applicable law.
- Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties, as applicable under Apple's standard licensed-application requirements.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party agreements when using the application, including wireless network and carrier requirements.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Apple-specific provisions and, upon your acceptance, may enforce them against you as third-party beneficiaries.
Apple's App Store purchase, billing, and subscription terms apply to transactions completed through Apple. No provision here is intended to limit non-waivable statutory rights.
23. Other App Stores and Browser Extensions
Applications and extensions obtained from Google Play, Amazon Appstore, Microsoft Store, Huawei AppGallery, Samsung Galaxy Store, Xiaomi GetApps, ONE Store, Chrome Web Store, Microsoft Edge Add-ons, or other authorized distribution channels may also be subject to that provider's distribution, device, billing, privacy, and usage rules.
Marketplace operators are not parties to these Terms unless their own agreements expressly state otherwise. Radio Srood is responsible for its own Services, while each marketplace remains responsible for services it independently provides, subject to applicable law.
Browser extensions are licensed only for the permissions and purposes disclosed for that extension. You must not bypass browser security controls or use the extension to intercept, collect, or redistribute unrelated web content.
